Our Returns Policy meets the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. This protects all parties during your transaction with us.
We offer a 30-day return policy, inclusive of the day of receipt. This means you have a total of 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are to be sent back to us at no expense to the customer.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused, uninstalled, and not assembled
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note:
- All products sold are pre-owned or refurbished and may show minor cosmetic signs of use, which will be described or visible in product images.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality does not qualify as a defect.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is found to be non-functional, materially misrepresented, or damaged during delivery.
The following items cannot be returned unless found to be defective on arrival:
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
- Products damaged due to incorrect use, poor handling, or lack of maintenance
- Items returned with missing parts or accessories
- Products returned with damaged or inadequate packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES:
No Exchanges will be granted unless the products are in our possession, assessed by a technician, tested and is in a resalable condition. This includes damaged packaging.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
